The Fonz seemed like he was from New York. I know his character LIVED in Milwaukee but he seemed more East Coast. Does anyone know where Fonzie supposedly hailed form originally?

Henry Winkler (who played "The Fonz") was actually from New York City, hence his accent. As for where "The Fonz" was from in a fictional sense, I would probably guess The Big Apple also since his New York accent was strong.
