It was common back in the 90's for kids to dress up like steve urkel for halloween because of his popularity but now in 2013 it would be seen as strange and creepy if you saw a kid dressing up like steve for halloween since most folks think steve urkel is an outdated character nowadays, i am thinking about dressing up like steve urkel for my youtube video in the near future lol.
