Professor Proton will make another appearance on "The Big Bang Theory".

Comedy vet Bob Newhart will reprise his kiddie-TV host role (which earned him an Emmy nomination) in at least two episodes of the CBS series’ upcoming seventh season, the show announced during an Emmy-related panel discussion Thursday.

That's great news! Bob Newhart was hilarious in the episode he played Professor Proton and it showed that at 84, he still has the comedic persona that made him the star of three sitcoms. I'm looking forward to the upcoming season's episodes.
