For a while it seemed that the posts were coming it one after another! I was unable to believe it! Then they started to trickle down a bit. I did what I could to keep things going. However, as time went on, the steam just wore off. The last post by someone other than me was close to a day-and-a-half ago. Since then I tried to start some conversation by bringing four old threads to the top of the page. My efforts were fruitless! I guess that Kenny Rogers says it best in his song "Let's Go Out". "All Good Things Must End"! Oh well!

I think it all boils down to that people have jobs and lives outside of work and message boards. I'm one of those people. For the last few weeks I've been hunting for my first home to buy and quite frankly I'm waiting for GAB to start the first seasons over again because I'm not into the later ones when the girls are all grown and the chief is dead, etc. You take this way too personal that it's almost scary.

Just for fun, I am going to point out there there is a Judy Blume book with the exact same title as the sentence that you posted in response to me! If you or anyone else here has ever read it, I would be very interested in what you think of it. I read it when I was fifteen years old and I thought it was a pretty decent read. One of the things that I liked about it was that most of the story took place in New Jersey and that is where I am from.

In the first place, I realize that a few minutes ago, I responded to this very thread. However, now I am going to mention something that is on a entirely different subject but that still pertains to the content of this thread. In the first place, I would be very interested in knowing whether anyone here is is familiar with the Kenny Rogers song that I mentioned in my initial post. If so, what do you think of it? Some of you might think it is unusual for a Jersey boy like me to be a fan of a country singer from Texas. Well, if this does throw you for a loop, I suggest that you watch the "All in the Family" episode "Judging Books by Covers"!
