I found this on You Tube and had to share! I had no idea how flexible she was. I really enjoyed seeing this and it makes me appreciate Moon Dance so much more. :)

I thought I remembered hearing that she was a professional dancer before she started acting. Ballet, wasn't it? And she realized she would never be quite good enough to move from the back of the pack to the front of the stage so she pursued other interests. I think it's interesting that DHP had that exact same realization when it came to his piano playing, and did that same thing-- left behind a career in music to pursue something else because he knew he wasn't quite good enough to reach the pinnacle of excellence as a classical pianist. What's even more amazing to me is that these people can reach a level of excellence enough to be a professional in one area of creativity like that (even though it wasn't quite high enough for them), then leave it and try another thing that requires as much talent and creativity as the first except in a different way and still find huge, award-winning success with that. I wish I could do that!

I agree bingbangbaby! Jane quit dancing because she suffered an ankle injury and would never be able to perform again professionally, so she persued acting instead. She is so multi talented. I do like that DHP still played the piano on Frasier in character as Niles. Even though he wasn't a classical pianist like he had planned, he could still tickle the ivories whenever he wanted. And even though Jane is no longer a professional dancer, she has been able to dance on the shows she has been in. I wish I could do half of what they do! And she can even sing! As a matter of fact, they both can. I am just beyond amazed at both of them. :D

Wow, I used to be that flexible (a very long time ago!), and I wish I still was. So graceful and very relaxing to watch. Great find!
