The only current music I listen to is Christian pop and rock. I'm also into classic rock, old school rap, oldies, and some 90's music. I'll give most anything a chance. My musical interests are pretty diverse.

Classic rock (50's through 70's)
Punk (70's through 80's)
80's Goth
Alternative rock (80's through early 90's)
Some 80's New Wave
Nothing rap or hip hop.
I do like some older country (Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson)

I'm not big on current music, though I do like a few bands like Mumford And Sons.

I like just about all kinds of music but I mostly like classic 70's. (the 70's was NOT all disco by the way) I really like country music from the late 80's-early90's. I like Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin,Tony Bennett. And of course The Beatles, which in my opinion is in a class by itself!:D

I like many different kinds of music. Dance, electronic, pop, techno, rock, 80's new wave, some metal (I love Ozzy Osbourne). I can't stand modern country except for a few groups like Little Big Town and Lady Antebellum and I refuse to listen to the majority of rap, especially the mainstream stuff. I'm also not a fan of bands like Snow Patrol, they all sound the same, which is depressed.

Classic country is what I mainly listen to with the emphasis on classic and not this junk they try to pass off as country today.

I also like 60's-80's classic rock and soul but can't stand rap and hip-hop.

I like mostly classic rock from the mid 70's to the mid 80's, but I also enjoy pop/rock music from the 50's up until the late 80's.

I like music.:)

I'm not very picky on the musical style and genre- it's all good as far as I'm concerned. (though I will say I am not a huge fan of country- but I have learned to be a little more appreciative of some certain country songs...)

Lyrics, however- I'm much more picky on. I like lyrics that conform to Philippians 4:8- anything that's lovely and pure and good and true and that draws me closer to God- I like that.
Thus, I mainly enjoy Christian rock and pop, metal, rap, ska, disco, reggae, calypso, hymns, etc. As I said- I'm not big into country, but Southern Gospel is good- any style of music that has lyrics that are praising The Lord God is good and I enjoy that.:)
For me, it is all about worshipping Christ and following Him first- so my music choices should reflect that and I try to make sure they do.
I do enjoy some classic rock from the '50s to today and even some older songs from '20s through '40s (swing music, jazz, big band, etc.)
And there are some instrumental pieces I like too- and classical music like Beethoven, Mozart and Johan Sebastian Bach and all those guys. Soli deo Gloria!

Does Fear Factory qualify as industrial metal?
