In the horseshoe episode, Uncle Joe says he's going to "womp" Betty Jo with a hairbrush. Why does he think he has the right to do this?? He's just her uncle.

He also considered himself the Manager of the Hotel even though he avoided doing any work! He basically considered himself the family patriarch and therefore in charge of not only the Hotel but also the girls and their upbringing. |
