I had no idea the original first harriet was overweight a few years before she got the role of harriet on perfect strangers and family matters i seen some of commercials on youtube she did back in the 80's she looked like a diff'rent person, do you think the original harriet still would have got the part as harriet if she have not lost her weight ???

Where was she overweight? She wasn't overweight on Perfect Strangers. I don't think her weight would have mattered on Perfect Strangers anyway, they had nothing to base her character on and she was the first of the Winslows to be introduced.

She was slightly overweight before she did perfect strangers she looks like a diff'rent person in my theory.
