I wouldn't consider it a goof because we had no view of the door when James was talking to the lady about his insurance. So he could have left the room while James was discussing his insurance

We did not have view of the door when James was talking to the lady at the front desk so that's when the doctor could have left out of the room

There is a scene where Flo is having trouble with her bed, it is just her and the other lady in the room, and then it cut to James and the kids outside the room talking and then doc comes out of the room and James goes into the room.

It's no way of knowing if a ep on DVD is unedited because we don't have the CBS versions.

There is only one episode of Good Times I can say is definitely unedited which is the CBS episode I received years ago from someone
