Mindy Lahiri’s next love interest comes with a rather sunny disposition.

"It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia‘s" Glenn Howerton has landed a recurring role in "The Mindy Project‘s" upcoming second season, E! Online reports.



The FX funnyman joins the Fox comedy as a “mild-mannered attorney” who enjoys a rom-com-esque meet-cute with Mindy in their shared office building.

"The Mindy Project" premieres Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 9/8c.
