Both Dolph Sweet and Vic Tayback are horrible actors and they are both dead right now. I prefer Dick Butkus better then these two. Right now, dick retired from acting successfully after his last series ended!

Just your opinion, but I think their success spoke for itself. I loved Dolph Sweet as the Chief because he had the personality written for the character so I feel no one else could have played his part.

I like Dick Butkus better than Dolph because he knows how to be flexible from being grumpy to funny and funny to grumpy. Dolph is always grumpy! Dick had a better advantage when he was put in the last part of the cast line-up in his own series.
