Per the Wikipedia entry of Nick at Nite, in 2013 Viacom Inc. Re launched nick@Nite as a 24 hour channel so fans could recognize the channel as a sister channel to Nickelodeon.

Per the entry, Nick at Nite is scheduled to go 24 hours effective December 31, 2013.

Granted, I KNOW Wikipedia often has false information, but if this is true, PLEASE let me know.

I checked it out on Wikipedia and it appeared that the info was carelessly added with very poor spelling and grammar. I honestly can't picture Nick at Nite as a 24/7 network. I just don't think the target audience would transition to daytime viewing.
