I read the thread about shows that had births in elevators. I decided to make this thread about births that took place outside a hospital. It happened quite often. I will give a few examples amnd feel free to add your own.

Frasier-Goodnight, Seattle. In the series finale of Frasier, Daphne gave birth to she and Niles' son David at the vet's office. Luckily they had a nurse there to assist in the birth, but it was funny and memorable nonetheless.

Mary Tyler Moore-Mary Midwife. Ted's wife Georgette goes into labor when they are at Mary's apartment. Mary has to help assist in the birth. They name the baby Mary Lou. Great episode!

Family Ties-Birth of a Keaton. Elyse goes into labor while performing at Steven's TV station. There is a big snowstorm so she can't get to the hospital. Luckily a doctor shows up just in time to help out. Steven barely makes it to see his son be born. A very good episode.

See if you can come up with any. Videos aren't necessary but definitely helpful. Good luck! :D

In the series finale of Perfect Strangers, Mary Anne gave birth in the car in the driveway (as they were preparing to go to the hospital) and Jennifer had her baby thousands of feet up in the air in a hot air balloon!!

Well, since you referenced the thread about babies being born in elevators, I'll post the link here, so that one can be referred back to as well.

As I mentioned on that thread, there was a funny episode of "Early Edition" where Chuck gets stuck in an elevator and has to help a lady who's giving birth. [Though Gary is the one who actually comes to the rescue eventually.]
That episode is called "Baby".

MacGyver helps a woman give birth outside of a hospital in the MacGyver episode "Birth Day".
(I believe they are in an abandoned warehouse at the time.)

Does Mr. Belvedere count? There was one episode early in season 2 called "Delivery", where Kevin's girlfriend gives birthday in the Living Room.

Andress already mentioned David's birth in "Goodnight Seattle" (Frasier) but there was another birth much earlier in the series. Arlene the cab driver in "Flour Child" had her baby in the cab, delivered by Martin. I love that episode so much!

That's a great episode of "Star Trek: The Next Generation" [the episode is called "Disaster"] Worf helps Keiko give birth on the Ten Forward lounge-funny scene. I love this show.:) Deanna Troi also had a child in "The Child" episode, but it was delivered in sickbay. (i.e. hospital)
Also, Data had a child- a daughter named Lal- in "The Offspring" episode, and it was outside of sickbay- but this was a fellow android he built so it only really counts as a technicality.

Here's another scifi show that had a birth outside of a hospital-
Mork laid an egg and gave birth to Mork & Mindy's son, Mearth, on "Mork & Mindy"- right in their apartment.

On Full House, the runaway dog the kids found gave birth to puppies on Jesse's bed. (one of which they were allowed to keep, which they called Comet.)
