You know Marlo has a star on the Walk of Fame. I think Ted should too. Unfortunately it won't happen. His family has to submit a letter as part of the process and that won't happen. Kinda sucks doesn't it! By the 80s he realized fame doesnt = happiness but his painting did. Still he deserves recognition for his acting and directing. ;)

Ted deserves a star on the walk of fame. Anyone who stars in Me & The Chimp should get one

Bill Persky told me that Ted got swindled. NBC told him if he did the show and it didn't last, they would give him carte blanche to do a show HE wanted to do. Never happened until 1980 when Ted was allowed to create "Good Time Harry." I would petition Ted to get a star but his family would have to approve. I've contacted them and never got a response.
