i was watching the last episode of season on the DVD and at the end when they are all leaving the house in the country, right before they all get out of the door the closing credits just start rolling.


No way in hell did a season finale end that way back in 1978:lol:

This is what I found out:

There are 15 seconds missing from the end of that episode. No dialogue is lost, but the end of the music, sadly, is (the gang finishing, walking out looking bittersweet, saying goodbye to the Quincy House, finishing up with a shot of the empty room and the credits for Producer, Executive Script Consultant, and Executive Producer).

Apparently, Fox didn't remaster the episode properly; they assumed that it ended right before they all headed out the door.
