TCA: HBO Brass on "True Blood's" Future

As for how long "True Blood" will go, “it can go as long as there is story,” HBO CEO Richard Plepler said.
HBO president of programming Michael Lombardo said, “It feels like there is a new energy this season, and the show still has a large fan base.”
"True Blood" changed showrunners early in the season with Brian Buckner taking the reins.
