I don't think the kid was perverted. Just a typical 14 year old boy. The girls probably recognized them because if u think about it, just one grade before that they were in 9th grade and the boys were in 8th grade so they went to the same school.

Yeah but how do we know that the 10th grade girls went to the same school as kevin when they were in the 7-9th grade, maybe the girls thought they looked to young to be high school guys or maybe walter was playing a joke on kevin and his friends and make them think they could get into the party if they bring something for the girls to drink.
