The only time I could tolerate him was in the first few seasons or so when he was basically Brad and Randy's butt monkey. After everyone got too old for that, it seems like the writers never knew what to do with him. Plus, he couldn't act worth a **** and wasn't good looking enough to get by on his looks. They decided to have him go through that goth phase, which was totally unbelievable because he wasn't scary at all, rather he was a dork and a sissy Mary. Plus it just look weird having him him taller than his older brother Randy.

I liked Brad and Randy better because they were more like their father. Mark was more like his mother and I can't still Jill because she's a nag. In the earlier seasons, Brad had inherited his dad's love for tools and Randy had inherited his father's joking style.

I really couldn't stand Mark when he stole that Swiss Army Knife.
