Recently I came across a photo of Kelly Ripa as "That Girl"

Any other imitations, spoofs, etc. that you can recall?

Roseanne did a spoof of Father Knows Best, King of Queens did a spoof of the Honeymooners (a pretty good one!); Wayans did one of Good Times.

There was a mini "That Girl" spoof on "Roseanne." In the episode, "Satan, Darling" Roseanne agrees to drink the witches' brew, but only from "That Witch." That Witch is guest star, Marlo Thomas:

Family Guy did a spoof in the episode Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington. In it they say "That Guy" and its basically Peter Griffin as Ann Marie in the theme song. Funny as Hell ;)

In the mid-80s Saturday Night Live did a couple of "That Black Girl" sketches with cast member Danitra Vance (http://splitsider.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/danitra_blackgirl02.jpg).

According to the page on Wikipedia:

"The show's theme song and opening visuals have been parodied in pop culture several times. They appeared as a series of T-shirts, then as a Saturday Night Live skit featuring cast member Danitra Vance in an African American remake "That Black Girl", as a sequence on episodes of Animaniacs, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Clarissa Explains It All, Arthur, Friends and Roseanne."

Thanks for starting this thread biffbronson! It's been interesting reading about the various spoofs. I just found the list below on IMDB (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0060034/movieconnections). It looks like "Roseanne" spoofed "That Girl" twice. In the episode I mentioned earlier and in "Call Waiting."

Spoofed in

That Grip (1989) (Short)

Clarissa Explains It All: The Last Clarissa (1994) (TV Episode)
A scene is titled "This Girl", that is a spoof of "That Girl"

The Nanny: The Two Mrs. Sheffields (1995) (TV Episode)
The florist shop clerk points to Fran as "that girl" while the televisin show's theme music plays in the background and a shot a a freeze-framed Fran appears.

Animaniacs: Dot's Entertainment/The Girl with the Googily Goop/Gunga Dot (1996) (TV Episode)
Dot mimics the second season theme montage after being spotted by Andrew Lloyd Webby

Roseanne: Call Waiting (1996) (TV Episode)
Roseanne fantasizes that she and Dan are Ann and Donald.

The Simpsons: The Old Man and the Lisa (1997) (TV Episode)
The scene where Burns chases Lisa asking her to help him parodies the opening sequence to this show.

The Nanny: The Heather Biblow Story (1997) (TV Episode)
Peter Bergman as Jack Abbott points to Fran as That Girl, with the show's theme music playing.

Family Guy: Mr. Griffin Goes to Washington (2001) (TV Episode)
Peter mimics the opening sequence as "That Guy"

30 Rock: Pilot (2006) (TV Episode)
The opening montage of Liz walking around New York, smiling at people and handing out hot dogs spoofs That Girl's opening credits.

Ugly Betty: East Side Story (2007) (TV Episode)
Fabia says about Marc, "I want...that girl" and Marc imitates the opening title sequence.

Clarissa Explains It All: The Last Clarissa (1994) (TV Episode) A scene is titled "This Girl", that is a spoof of "That Girl"
I've been dying to see that.

30 Rock: Pilot (2006) (TV Episode) The opening montage of Liz walking around New York, smiling at people and handing out hot dogs spoofs That Girl's opening credits.
I've seen that, and it isn't much of one.
