I have all 4 Seasons of Soap on DVD. I loved Eunice/Dutch. I wonder why they made Eunice, once a very sympathetic character and truly in love with Dutch, turn out to be promiscuous and cheating on Dutch? I swear, by the time Soap ended, I could not stand Eunice anymore.

I don't know, but every time Dutch said "Hi, Dad" to Chester and Chester started to choke him, I couldn't help laughing. :lol:

What I don't understand is in the episode where Leslie throws the grenade and Dutch dives on it to save the Tates, Chester is amazed and tells Dutch it was a heroic thing to do. He then gives Dutch his blessing to marry Eunice. Then, in the next episode, Chester is choking Dutch all over again, as if the previous scene didn't exist. It makes no sense!

Eunice just got bored with Dutch- I liked when he poured the pot of slop over her head. :lol:

I agree!!! I always preferred Corinne to Eunice anyways, but with Dutch it was clear that Corinne was devoted to Dutch whereas Eunice was always getting bored with him.
