Does anyone remember a scene with Christine and Dan where Dan reveals his feelings for Christine and after a little back and forth talk Christine leaves and asks Dan if he's going with her or not? I watched the episode when it originally aired and it's been over 20 years and I was 12 at the time so maybe I'm remembering it wrong, but I could have sworn this part was in the final episode. I've never seen it in syndication and it's not on the season 9 dvd so now I'm wondering if I've got it all wrong.

that scene seems familiar, but I can't say for sure if it really happened that way or not - and the more I think about it the more senile it makes me feel.

I saw that episode once and it was the night it originally aired. I honestly can't remember. I wish I would have kept my VHS copy of the show.

This never happened in the show itself. The only thing that could be mistaken for "romance" between them would be when they say they respect eachother too much to ruin their work reputations but Dan vows to hit on her in the episode 'Giving Thanks'.

Yeah it's been so long since I originally saw it and it doesn't help that it's nowhere on any channel in reruns.
