A Boeing 777 plane travelling from Seoul,South Korea has crash landed at San Francisco International airport leaving two young Chinese students dead and 49 passengers in a critical condition. Eyewitnesses said the aircraft clipped the sea wall with its tailfin on approach and burst into flames. Passengers used the emergency evacuation shoots and the injured were taken to Stanford hospital.

The cause of the crash remains unknown though pilot error has been suggested at this early stage. The four pilots on board were all experienced and had rotated during the 10 hour 23 minute flight. The 777 dual-engine is known as a workhorse and is favoured on transnational flights of a long duration.http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-18563_162-57592537/chesley-sullenberger-san-francisco-airport-a-challenging-place-to-land/

That was absolutely horrible! It's a miracle that there weren't' more deaths, but it's sad that there were a couple of lives lost. I bet that was absolutely terrifying!
