"Switched at Birth" Nabs Joey Lauren Adams

It Girl of the 1990s Joey Lauren Adams is playing a mom on "Switched at Birth". The actress will guest-star on two episodes of the ABC Family series as Nikki’s mother, TVLine has confirmed.
Creator Lizzy Weiss recently tweeted a photo of Adams and Lucas Grabeel, who plays Nikki’s fiancé Toby, on set.
Adams will appear in the Aug. 5 and 12 episodes.
