View Full Version : Favorite Episode of BMW? TVStoreOnline 07-01-2013, 12:07 PM What's everyone's favorite episode? Spark Of Spirit 07-01-2013, 10:58 PM "When a crime breaks out, All the cute girls shout, 'Get the good-looking guy!' When there’s a crime out there, He’s gonna comb his hair, ‘Cause he’s the good looking guy!" That's probably my favorite Eric plot. But for a whole episode? That's pretty hard. Singled Out? Fishing For Virna? Shallow Boy? You Can Go Home Again? And that's just season 4. -STEFFY- 07-01-2013, 11:14 PM I liked all the episodes from the first season when Minkus was one of the main characters. PrettyinPink55 07-02-2013, 12:32 AM One of my favorites is the "Scream" spoof that they did when Cory and Topanga were broken up. An all-around fun episode, it had so many 90's pop culture references, I loved it!! Neutronman67 07-05-2013, 09:01 PM Who's Afraid of Cory Wolf very good episode i was entertained the music in the episode was great acting was ok their is no better way to describe teenagers and their hormones like in this episode lol The Greatest Show on Earth many people like this episode because i think we all been to Disney world at some point in our lives, you can also relate to cory as he is trying to win the love of his crush topanga, still a good episode even if it was made in 1996 aka 17 years ago man i feel old muhahahahaha. tlc38tlc38 07-05-2013, 09:06 PM A majority of my favorite episodes are from seasons 1-5 and my absolute favorite is season 3's "The Grass is Always Greener". Other favorites: Season 1's "Cory Alternative Friends", "Class Pre-Union", & "She Loves Me, She Loves Me Not" Season 2's "Who's Afraid of Cory Wolf?", "Wake Up, Little Cory", "Band on the Run", "Fear Strikes Out", & "I Am Not a Crook" Season 3's "My Best Friend's Girl", "Train of Fools", "I Was a Teenage Spy", & "The Happiest Show on Earth" Season 4's "Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow", "Sixteen Candles and Four-Hundred-Pound Men", "Wheels", "Chick Like Me", "A Long Walk To Pittsburgh", & "Quiz Show" Season 5's "The Witches of Pennbrook", "Last Tango in Philly", "A Very Topanga Christmas", "And Then There Was Shawn", & "Graduation" Season 6's "Everybody Loves Stuart", & "Resurrection" Season 7's "The Honeymooners", & "Brave New World" TMC 01-21-2015, 10:40 PM http://alittlemorewhit.com/?p=414 Corey goes to Disney World When Corey decided being codependent and watching TV on a Friday night snuggled up with Topanga was way better than dating (God, he learned so early), we cheered. Corey hopped a flight to Disney World and won Opangatay back. (He also saved Topanga from possibly dating Andrew Keegan.) Shawn falls in love with a purse Shawn was convinced that the owner of a lost purse was his soulmate because of its contents. We learned at the end of the episode that the purse actually belonged to Angela, the girl he had just broken up with because of his two-week dating rule. It was only a matter of time before the birth of “Angela and Shawn.” Angela and Shawn were THE interracial relationship to proceed Scandal (in a teenagery sort of way), although race was not discussed much in the world of Boy Meets World. Topanga proposes to Corey This episode was great because it reminded us that Corey was a true teenage guy. Although he ultimately decided to accept Topanga’s proposal, he was scared–like a true man. I can appreciate that. Oh, yeah, and they graduated from high school in the episode, too. Shawn gets drunk and visits his dad’s grave Shawn went to Corey’s family’s Christmas celebration drunk because his family sucked, to put it succinctly. When Shawn abruptly left Christmas dinner, Corey followed him. Corey was like the kind of friend you can call to come pick you up in Mexico when you should have went to Canada, like he told you to begin with. When Shawn returned to Christmas dinner, Corey’s parents offered to adopt him. Shawn graciously declined. Tears and fluffy stuff. Loved it–and still do. Corey and Topanga almost have sex at prom This episode was never played when the series reran on Disney because Corey and Topanga were trying to have sex.I don’t think the viewership was ready for Corey and Topanga to have sex, and their virginity stayed vaulted up until they were married about two years later. Corey and Topanga have their first married fight Topanga basically implied that Corey was a bad provider. Corey literally called Topanga a show off and a spirit crusher. They said the kind of things you can’t take back, like a real argument. Corey and Topanga moved into married housing I was so happy that Corey and Topanga’s first apartment was terrible. Marriage is hard; getting married young is even harder. So I was glad they had a rough go of it. The “rough go of it” only lasted two episodes, but that’s a lot for a show on TGIF’s line up. They eventually painted their apartment and fixed the plumbing, and Corey and Topanga were once again that couple you were envious of. They were privileged WASPs, and we loved them for it, didn’t we? Shawn joins ROTC Shawn joined the ROTC program that Angela’s dad was coordinating in hopes of getting Angela back. And he did. The gang is in a scary movie The late 90s featured multiple teenage scary movies, some one of them good (Scream, not Scream 2 or 3) and the rest of them mediocre to terrible. And Boy Meets World paid homage. Jennifer Love Hewitt guest starred (then the girlfriend Will Friedle and star of two really bad scary movies). We also learned who out of the bunch were virgins and who were sinners. Corey kissed some girl who was not Topanga I still cannot speak of it. Topanga comes back from Pittsburgh Topanga left for Pittsburgh when her parents decided to move. Corey was heartbroken, and so were we. Just as Corey reaches his fever pitch of crazy, Topanga shows up at his door–soaking wet and rather sexy, I might add. They conned all viewers into believing teenage romances could last, and it was a belief I held onto strongly, until I met my first boyfriend that is. Corey and Shawn cross dress Who would have known that Shawn could be more feminine than Corey? But then, it kind of made sense. Shawn was an avid of observer of women. FuriosityShell 01-22-2015, 02:58 AM My all-time favorite is Season 4's "Shallow Boy". But my top 5 (besides Shallow Boy) is: (in no particular order) 1. City Slackers 2. B & B's B 'N B 3. Uncle Daddy 4. Raging Cory 5. Brotherly Shove JO Sweet Heart 02-16-2015, 10:21 PM I like the episode when Corey pushes his college teacher after the guy makes a pass at Topanga and then of course the final episode was well done. :) :) :) God bless you always!!! :) :) :) Holly Mattrking 02-18-2015, 07:46 PM Ressurection |
