When did Seinfeld appear on Benson? I've been watching every week and haven't seen him yet.

He starts to appear in the second season. I think he's only in 4 episodes. I'm not sure what those episodes are though.

Jerry enters at 4 minutes 9 seconds into the show.
It's really NO wonder Jerry "Frankie" character was dropped. His character was REALLY annoying.

Cheers and Seinfeld were the 9PM anchors of NBC's biggest hit Thursday comedy blocks. Their lead actors Ted Danson and Jerry Seinfeld both started out with stints on Benson. Ted added a lot more to his episodes. Jerry's acting had improved by the time of his own show. But there is no way that would have been successful without the strong supporting cast. Jerry is a much better comedian turned lead actor than Ray Romano will ever be, though.

Strung together he’s pretty annoying, but maybe it played better in small doses spread out over different episodes.

Also very weirdly Seinfeld related, yesterday Antenna TV had a Facebook post about Missy Gold's birthday (55 now!) One of Antenna TV's top Facebook fans Steve Menes said she was great as Jerry's mother on Seinfeld. When someone responded with the correct actress, he replied that's right. Missy Gold played George's mother. :rofl:
