There's one segment of "The Family" I would love to see again, more than anything! Its where they're playing Charades, and Mickey (Tim Conway) is attempting to imitate a siamise elephant. He has Carol, Vicki, and Dick Van Dyke in such stitches, they can barely speak their lines!:lol: I believe its episode 11.7.

I have all of the season 11 episodes that are available plus 2 more that I recorded when I was little and they aired on TBS, I do have the final show.

But it's funny, some of the funniest shows come from the 11th season, including the Beach Blanket Bingo skit, AND the one where Conway tells about the elephants.

For the life of me I dunno WHY they don't make the siamese elephant sketch available on DVD, that is by far 1 of, if NOT the most classic Carol Burnett Show moment.

I vaguely do remember that sketch when I was younger watching the show, but it seems like a LOT of that was cut out, I don't remember them falling out on the floor like that.

But if I remember right it was very similar to the sketch where they play charades, I DO seem to remember Mickey came over for dinner and I want to say I remember him bringing over a bottle of scotch or SOMETHING like that, then after dinner they started playing Password. But the odd thing is, it seems like I also remember Harvey Korman being in the sketch too, I know Dick Van Dyke was but it seems like Harvey was also in it, maybe I'm merging it with the charades a little.

Also another season 11 sketch I'm looking for is one where Carol is wearing a REALLY big curly blonde wig and it gets yanked off and she's wearing a dark wig under it, I remember it takes place in some sort of an office setting.

I really dunno why this season is SOOO impossible to find now days. I know Korman was not in it but that's no reason it should be taken completly away!

I know seasons 5-11 have been shown in reruns, so I wish they would include season 11.

I mean there are other shows where one of the main characters leaves and they don't completly take the episode without the main character out of existence.

I mean the Jolene and Belle episodes of Alice are still shown even though when Flo left it took a downward turn.

It just sorta annoys me!! B/c I have a few season 11 episodes and they are really funny.
