What is David Nelson doing now?
Does anyone know what David Nelson is doing now? Is he still married to June Blair? Did he appear in any other TV shows?
HE DID A LOT OF THE “CIRCUS OF THE STARS” SPECIALS ON CBS IN THE 1980’S. HE ALSO MADE SOME TV GUEST SHOTS, BUT NOT NEARLY AS MANY AS RICK DID. HE STARTED DIRECTING IN THE LAST COUPLE SEASONS OF THE O & H SHOW AND CONTINUED TO FOCUS ON THAT AFTERWARD, MORE THAN ACTING. “CRY BABY” IS WORTH SEEING. HE HAS DIRECTED SOME FEATURE FILMS BUT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MAINSTREAM THEATRICAL RELEASE - MIGHT HAVE GONE TO CABLE OR VIDEO.
I believe David Nelson directs commericials and owns his own lm company. He is no longer married to June Blair. They divorced in the 1970s. He remarried soon after that and is still married.
I know Dave has his own production company in california, Casablanca Productions. He had a short role in CryBaby. I emailed The twins site about him, they said he is retired. When he married Yvonne, she had 3 children from a previous marriage and he adopted them. Didnt Dave have 2 boys with June? I was watching A&Es Bio of all the Nelsons and June looked stunning as ever and seemed very happy!!! I dont know about you guys but I would love to be able to email Dave, I hate he has no site!!!

I DON’T RECALL JUNE BEING ON THAT A & E BIOGRAPHY, BUT MAYBE I’M JUST NOT REMEMBERING..... THE BIOGRAPHY WAS ON WITHIN THE PAST YEAR OR SO (WRITING THIS FEBRUARY 2002)
ALSO, WITHIN THE PAST YEAR, THE FOX FAMILY CHANNEL (FORMERLY CBN, AND NOW TAKEN OVER BY ABC) HAD A SERIES CALLED "FAMOUS FAMILIES" OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, AND THEY DID A "BIOGRAPHY" TYPE OF SHOW ON THE NELSONS. UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T KNOW ABOUT THIS AND JUST ACCIDENTALLY SAW PART OF IT AND HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO FIND A REPEAT OF IT.

I am also interested in what became of Skip Young. I acquired his autograph during his visit to Naval hospital Guam in 1969 for medical treatment while I was stationed there in the Navy. Let me know any information you learn

Mr. Young frequently visited a pharmacy where a friend of mine worked. I believe the town was Apple Valley, Calif.,(or somewhere in that area). You might look for a local newspaper and see if they have this information in their archives.
My friend said that Mr. Young was always friendly and courteous. She even asked him for an autograph(for me), which I still have.

When I was in college I was a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity. How many episodes were about the fraternity? I have seen only one on TV. In this episode, David and several of Kappa Sig Brothers were at a resturant and Ricki comes in with his date. He is still in
high school and is talking to the fraternity brothers about pledging when he goes off to college. Have you received similar request from other Kappa Sig’s?
