THIS GUY IS holding 469 dvds that were to be sent to me on monday in trade. i sent his on monday and thursday with tracking confirmation each time. he didn't like the brand i sent. he says some won't load. anyway he is sitting on mine till replace some. he goes from monday to saturday to tell me this. i have all pms saved to back this up. trade at your own risk. i have never seen this stunt before. btw we have traded several time before with no incident till this crap.

half has been sent other half goes Monday with a list of bad discs from no name dvds he used. The reason for not sending all at once was I hadn't completely gone through them. and he never sends replacement discs fpr bad ones. i send replacements also. he did not send mine on monday like he said in private message because as he said on the phone just now. it's no big deal. it's dvds not life or death. i honor my word. i have every pm saved to substantiate all i have said.

bottom line he has dvds-i have nothing. no one on this site can say i have not replaced defective dvds.

send some replacement disks as soon as you get a list and a confirmation number for the first half of the disks he is sending you.

Belee444 - send the first half of those disks and give him a confirmation number.

- sometimes it is better to just communicate with the other person to try and work stuff out, or contact a moderator before flying off the handle.

What's the point of having 2 threads linking to the same feedback post that was left for you only 2 days ago? My assumption is that anyone reading these forums will see the comment that Smilings posted. I don't think there's any need to post links to make sure they do. This is only my opinion and not my call to make as I'm not a mod on these forums.

guys, lets just be civil here and work this out - it is very easy to get worked-up and emotional when we think we are getting the short end of the deal, but realistically it is more productive to just work towards the common goal and fix this.

I understand that you are upset, we are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. I have already received confirmation numbers from Belee444 and it appears that your disks are already on the way.

When you receive the disks, check them and then send out the replacement disks.

katmandu, I wasn't involved in this trade and won't pretend to know what's going on. But being that 3 other traders posted good feedback for belee444 within the past few days, your comments about him being a bad trader are a little hard to believe. Especially since he was apparently only a few days late in sending. I'm sorry, but a few days late doesn't add up to a hill of beans in my book. I've had occasions where traders were weeks, months, even YEARS late. As has been mentioned, a few days is nothing to worry about. Sometimes things happen. It's called life. I tend to reserve bad trader posts for the scammers that don't send AT ALL, or maybe once in a while if somebody completely messed up on several different levels. And kat, you seem to issue a lot of these type posts here and elsewhere, just sayin'. Being that you've had good experiences with this trader before, I would recommend rethinking this attempt to ruin his reputation.

Btw, what brand of discs were used?
