John Jacob Jingleheimer Schmidt - classic children's song
"Nancy Drew" by Relient K
"Jesus Messiah" by Chris Tomlin (Of course, a multitude of other songs could be listed that mention Jesus' Name in the title- but this one I thought was a particularly good choice as it literally has the Name people most often hear with the Son of God- Jesus Christ. "Christ" is technically a title, which in Greek means "annointed". However, this is a translation from the Hebrew word that means "Messiah". And plus, this is just a really great worship song anyway.:) )

"Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge on Seattle" - Nirvana.
"Debbie Gibson is Pregnant With My Two-Headed Love Child" - Mojo Nixon & Skid Roper.
"Anne Marie" - Teaneck.

Okay, I don't know if that last one is about the "Ann Marie" I'm thinking of, but it's nice to think it is.

"Parker Lewis Can't Lose (But I'm Going To Give It My Best Shot)" by Fall Out Boy
"Charles in Charge" by Relient K (The band did a cover of the theme song with some additional lyrics- I know this doesn't have Charles' full name in the song title, but I thought this could be a technicality since that is as much as we know on Charles' name, since his last name was never revealed on the show.)
"Buddy Holly" by Weezer (and you're Mary Tyler Moore!:) )
