OK, as MANY of you know, in October 2011, a photo of Kirk Cameron, then celebrating his 42nd birthday, went viral, and the media had a field day.
Per the Christian Post, Kirk, born on October 12, 1969 in Los Angeles, California, USA, now aged 43, stated that the photo and the attention paid to it serves as a Sad Commentary of the General Media Priorities.
Some people, per the Christian Post, found it funny, while OTHERS found the attention mean-spirited.
By the way, for those who find the 1969 date of birth for Kirk Cameron FALSE, here is EVIDENCE to the contrary, unless otherwise noted courtesy of the E! True Hollywood Story.
On April 11, 1965, 17 months after the Kennedy assassination, Lyndon B. Johnson signed into law (per Wikipedia) an Education Bill changing the cut-off date for the American PUBLIC School Curriculum from January 1 to September 1 of a given calendar year, with Reagan, in 1981, vetoing the bill more than 15 years later, letting the cut-off date vary from State to State.
Per the E! True Hollywood Story, Kirk Cameron graduated from Chatsworth High School in Los Angeles, California at age 18 in 1988, weeks after his 17-year-old character on Growing Pains, Mike Seaver, graduated from the fictional Thomas E. Dewey High School in Long Island, New York on the Season 3 finale of Growing Pains.
Also from E! THS, Jeremy Miller, his Growing Pains colleague, graduated high school in 1994, also at age 18, having been born on October 21, 1975 in West Covina, California, USA, the eldest of 2 sons (including a younger brother, Josh, born on May 5, 1979 in West Covina, California, USA) born to Dave Miller and Sonny Morckel, who split up and divorced soon after Josh was born when the boys were VERY young; Sonny eventually gave Josh & Jeremy 2 younger half-brothers, Tanner and Adam Levine (the latter of whom is NOT the famous Maroon 5 frontman who doubles as NBCs Voice judge).
Per a recent Insider interview with OMG! Insider, before meeting fiance Joanie and raising her 3 young boys from her 1st marriage, Jeremy overcame Alcoholism, and per his Facebook page has a biological son, Lance, who is I believe aged 20 and enlisted in the Army after high school, which means Jeremy was a VERY young 17 when Lance was born.
Likewise with Kirks kid sister Candace, who, per her brother Kirks E! THS, was born on April 6, 1975 in Los Angeles, California, USA and graduated from Chatsworth High School in 1993.
STILL NOT CONVINCED?! How bout this: I was born on December 9, 1984 and graduated high school in 2003, 10 years ago, at age 18.
