Well, if you're talking about the actual actresses, Bea Arthur, Betty White, Estelle Getty, and Rue McClanahan, I think it's Betty White, she's TOTALLY the opposite of Rose. In the 1970s (Before MTM), Betty also hosted a show about animals and celebrities with their pets called "The Pet Set" which didn't last long. Rue *sort of* had her own show. After Maude was cancelled, producer Norman Lear created a sitcom for her to star in called "Apple Pie" but it only lasted 2 episodes. It premiered with 2 back-to-back episodes and then just sort of vanished. I don't know why it was cancelled immediately like that. I have some publicity photos from Apple Pie and Rue looks so different.
