"Inside Amy Schumer" Renewed for Season 2

Comedy Central is staying "Inside Amy Schumer", renewing the half-hour standup/scripted hybrid series for a second season.

Schumer broke the news herself on Twitter late Monday, "Hey! #InsideAmy Schumer got picked up for Season 2! Thanks @ComedyCentral New episode tomorrow at 10:30/9:30 Central"


"Inside‘s" premiere last month drew 1.6 million viewers — the cabler’s biggest debut of the year.

Comedy Central is very weird about which shows they decide to renew, I thought Whitney's show was pretty good while Amy's show was just OK and the Jeselnik guy's show was pretty lame.

I still am upset about Norm MacDonald's show not being picked up for a 2nd season - I don't think they promoted it properly at all. An the John Benjamin Has A Van should definitely have been renewed too.
