All evening I could not get on the message boards. Everytime I'd come here it took me to another website called spellcheck.com that kept say that their domain name had expired. I could access the Sitcoms Online main page and the photo galleries but not the message board. Did anyone else have this trouble today?

Wow. I was wondering if it was my computer for awhile. But I was getting onto other sites okay. I wonder what caused it?

I did I thought it was a mistake with my laptop issues I glad it is back and working again

There was some kind of redirecting glitch with some stats code. The javascript was causing an expired domain to appear.

It affected only the boards. They were down from around 2pm ET until around 7:30pm ET or so. The code has been updated, so it shouldn't happen again.

It was scary. I never had that happen to me on any website ever. I didn't know what was going on. lol

I had the same problem, I never have had it happen on SOL before, but I had similiar things happen on other sites when they didnt pay the bill on time.

I've had it happen to me when the domain had expired but this time the domain that expired was not the website that I was on. That's why it threw me. lol
