Ok I used to take Vitamins A, B, B12, C, D, and E and Biotin

I got off all of them except the Bs, b/c I heard the other can be toxic over time.

I heard that A and E can be bad on your heart, and that C and D can be bad for kidney stones.

But so far I've not heard anything bad about B, and I even read that Bs are pretty safe for the body, but I'm just wondering if I coudl get too much of it.

B/c right now I'm taking Vitamins B, B12 and Biotin, and biotin has high amounts of B in it. Could I be getting too much B?

I always thought that Vitamin B12 was good for you. In your case, I wouldn't know if you take too much B vitamins. The only vitamins I take on a daily basis are Lutein, Turmeric Curcumin, Beta Sitosterol and Calcium Magnesium.

My girlfriend takes Black Cohosh. That one is good for the women's estrogen. She also takes Evening Primrose. That aids in women's PMS.

Vitamin B is water soluble, so you would have to take a mega-dose for it to affect you negatively.

Unless you know you have a vitamin deficiency I think a good multi vitamin is really all you need.

I found out the hard way about magnesium. I was getting too much in my system with the foods I eat and supplements.

What did Magnesium do to you?

Breathing problems. I was getting way too much of it in food and in my calcium/magnesium supplements.

I keep all my B's managed and have been taking B vitamins for years, at cne time in a Super B complex, and now I take what I feel I need at this time in my life. I know my levels and don't overdose. B6 is good and I take 50mg every night with my sleep combo.

How many pills do you typically take, daily? :)

Breathing problems. I was getting way too much of it in food and in my calcium/magnesium supplements.

Now 2 friends ended up with afib about 6 yrs ago and the one reason and maybe a major one was not enough magnesium. I like Dr. STephen Sinatra's supports for healthy heart and one includes Magnesium. I've been taking daily mag for decades. And never calcium, mag works for our joints as well as heart and more.
