No. I have and always will love her as a blonde. I hated her in that wig and I can't picture her as a red head. She looks so beautiful and natural as a blonde.

I think the whole idea of the episode was for her to NOT look good in the wig. That way her parents could convince her she was better off just being herself!

That wig was ridiculous.

But, she wasn't a woman. She was still a girl. I know some girls and young women wear fake hair now, but that would have been unusual back then.

The satire they did of Jan and her wig in The Brady Bunch Movie, was absolutely hilarious!

Yeah the producers took jan's hair to far when they thought about giving her african american female hair lol what were they thinking.

Yeah the wig was silly looking first off. And the color. It was so dark for Jan. She is a natural blonde and even if the wig was long and straight the color would not be good for her.:( Girls with natural blonde hair look really bad in really dark hair. Most people who have really blonde hair at birth and as children tend to have it get a bit darker as they get older. Like a light brown. That is OK if it happens naturally , but it always does look better if they dye it back blonde. But a natural blonde who's hair stays blonde for them to dye it dark, it never works out. Natural dark haired girls who dye their hair blonde on the other hand looks really good! ;)

I think that wig was meant to be bold so that it would stand out. But she might have looked good as a redhead.

Those two movies are hilarious! ...But I always feel bad for Jan.

2 of very, VERY few remakes that were actually good! I laughed hysterically throughout both “The Brady Bunch Movie” & “A Very Brady Sequel” which I rarely do. No doubt because the creators oversaw the production & had a direct hand in everything.
