I haven't seen every segment listed, so for now I'll answer the ones I have seen.

I think I'd rather use the creepy pay phone than go into the basement.
For hitchhiking, I'd rather be the one hitching.
The graveyard shift/rest stop one is difficult..I'd have to say graveyard shift.

Danny Wheeler or Bob Bean? Neither. Both of them would have me rolling on the ground with laughter with tears on my eyes, I would be forced to forfeit the game.

Paul Pollis's mom without question. If Charlotte Pollis's mom was my mom and she called me 15 times a day, I would buy her a muzzle for Christmas.

I'd rather pick up a hitchhiker by myself. Especially if they were cute. At least that way, I'd have a little control over the situation. And if I live or die, at least I'd be trying to help someone.

I work 3rd shift alone. 5 times a week. Consecutively for 9 years.

Jule Caylor because he would much more interesting, conversation-wise, than monotone Mark Nichols.

Mark Nichols… even though he clearly killed his wife, he seems more down to earth than Jule

Seeing as I'm in the minority who thinks Jule is innocent, I'd spend the afternoon with him. Much more chance of coming out alive!!

My answers:
1. Danny Wheeler- I think Bob Bean would get smarmy and be condescending if he lost. He would do that smirk if I won and say it was just dumb luck.
2. Paul’s Mom: She wouldn't call 14 times a day and would help me keep a clean house.
3. I'd rather go in the basement...the payphone would leave me vulnerable to any weirdo roaming around!
4. I'd rather pick up the hitcher. More control that way.
5. Marie’s breakfast...as long as we hadn't been arguing about money recently.
6. Graveyard shift over the rest stop anytime. Customers would be coming in and out, and the job probably wouldn't be in the middle of an isolated area.
7. SCA because I would get to "fight" whereas I probably wouldn't be permitted to in the Civil War reenactments- unless they let you cross dress!
8. I would rather talk to Jule. I would ask him about his wife...and his salad expertise.
9. I'd rather risk getting pregnant! Fertility Statues anytime.
10. Teresita Basa- I would like to help solve crimes rather than attempt to attack Alan Mann!
11. Blue Lady, so she could set the origin of the legend straight.
12. Katie! I would rather get constant complaints that she was sweating gold than have my roommate flood the house constantly.

The Jenny Lee was Larry Race's boat, right? I'd have to go with that. I'd rather capsize a few miles offshore in Lake Superior than twenty on the Atlantic Ocean.

I'd also rather be on the Jenny Lee. It never actually sunk and was much closer to shore and in a lake. The thought of being on a boat that has completely sunk 20 miles out in the Atlantic Ocean is pretty horrifying to think about. You're farther away from civilization and there are sharks! :eek:
