Both characters waldo and kel were both looked down upon by their peers and were not the brightest characters on the show but if you had to think and choose by your opinion which character would you say you like better waldo or kel ???

I can't say. I love them both.

I like kel better waldo did not seem to have much personality he was agreeable lol
