Just an observation--how when Norm walks into the bar and everyone cheers NORM. If Diane's in the bar, she doesn't join in. Instead, she says Norman directly after the cheer.

yea i noticed that too, i missed that when rebecca came.

She didn't always say "Norman" before she just said nothing....

i think she started it around the 5th ep(i forget but i remember hearing it soon after N@N showed the pilot in Jan.)

At one point in the show, she began to say Norman directly after the Norm cheer. I hear it all the time.

hey good point,i loved it when they all called out NORM with the execption of diane,but i belive that latter on that diane started to call norman NORM as well i,m not sure when it was,but i do think it was somewhere around the 4th season and another thing it was kind of nice to see a play on the norm thing when one day diane comes in and she mad because she does not get the same treatment as NORM when she comes in and they all start saying NORM and she accepts it,i thought that was cool,but they both desevered it i did thik,well atleast norm did i guess,NORM NORM

there was an ep. a few nites ago(ill be seeing you??) where Diane and Sam are the only ones in the bar and they let Norm in. he just stands there while the couple talks, then notice them and they both yell "NORM!" and Diane says "Norman" too. it was funny cuz Diane says mockingly "how are you Norman?" or somethin like that and he says "yeah, like you care". lol
