Sweet!! I wonder how she would have evolved on this show had she not jumped ship to Falcon Crest.

Susan Sullivan is one of those actresses that keeps going and going from decade to decade. I've always been a fan. I love her on castle.

I would have liked to have seen her during in later seasons. However, she and Wendy Schaal made the right decisions. Although Wendy left Fantasy Isle after one season, I have a feeling that she still made more money than she would have on IAL. I loved both Lois and Vicki though. I would not have minded seeing Vicki during the revival version of the series. I know Susan S was still doing Falcon Crest at the time.

Susan brought a certain class to the show, while her successor Louise Lasser brought a quirkiness (although the writers often didn't know how to use that--but when they did it right, they REALLY did it right--as in the episode 'Horsing Around'). Crystal Bernard was ok but not a worthy replacement for Susan/Louise. Sorry, but Sheryl Lee Ralph was the worst of the waitresses and could not hold a candle to Ann Jillian, who IMO was the rock of the show. I liked all the other characters but to me Cassie MADE this show.

I thought Sheryl Lee Ralph did a great job. She was not the worse to me at all. She was on point. I did miss Cassie on the show. I also liked how she was kind of a big sister to Amy whom I also liked. I liked Maggie but thought she was out of place and a bit older than the others. Lousie Lasser did give good work, though. I did enjoy her in Horsing Around. It is probably my favorite episode from season two.
