(The Pittsburgh Penguins beat the NY Islanders 4-0.)

(Ralph & Ed are walking home from watching the game.)

Ed: "What a lousy game Ralph-ie boy. Those Islanders are one game away from losing in the first round."

Ralph: "What a bad loss. They lost by FOUR goals to those lousy Penguins. I am getting the feeling that we may never see the Rangers face the Islanders in the third round. The Islanders have not won a playoff series in over 20 years."

(Ed blows his nose out of sadness.)

Ed: "It sort of gets you right down in here, doesn't it Ralph?"

Ralph: "Yes, now the Islanders have to win a game in Pittsburgh. They did this to themselves. I know that Joe Fenstablau watched the game on MSG Plus to see the Islanders lose."

Ed: "Plus what?"

Ralph: "That is the name of the channel Norton. That channel carries FOX programming."

Ed: "That is confusing."

(They approach 328 Chauncey Street.)

Ralph: "If anybody looks into your head Norton, they would be confused. But, I wish to see the look on Joe's face when the Islanders win."

Ed: "And I bet that he wishes to see the look on your face if the Islanders lose."

Ralph (yells): "NORTON, DON'T MAKE ME DO SOMETHING THAT I MIGHT REGRET."

(Ralph chaes after Ed. They both go inside.)

(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)

Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
