Now this I will agree with. All Marcia seemed to care about was her looks, which by the way, Jan looked better anyway.

Well Jan looked better than marcia by the 5th season and she was voted most popular girl in the classroom at her school, marcia got to no what it feels like to be odd one out like jan felt the first 4 seasons of the show.

Jan was definitely better looking that Marcia in Season 5, imo. She was also cuter in season 1. Marcia looked stupid with pig tails.

Marcia was better looking in the middle seasons, and also had much nicer legs.

Seeing as i am a guy i am not trying to sound like a pervert here this is a compliment but i thought Jan had a great body for a 15 year old she looked older then her age by season 5 she could pass for a 21 year old, i think the episode shows that marcia thinks her sister is better then her for the first time in her life, not only was Jan a better employee then her older sister Marcia but she was also a peoples person and the customers seemed to like her.
