What kind of father is this guy? He is slime. Thank goodness Oscar was kind enough to invite Angela and Philip to stay with him. It was sweet when Angela took his hand in hers to show her appreciation. The senator should be ashamed of his self and Angela needs to take this slime bag, deadbeat dad to court.
