View Full Version : Thunder/Grizzlies in a 2011 Western Conference Semi-Finals Return Match
simmytbone 05-04-2013, 01:54 PM Hey guys,
Starting tomorrow, the 2013 NBA Playoff Quarter Finals begins with Game #1 of the Western Conference Semi-Finals
The 1st one is gonna be a Return Match from 2 years ago
Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder will go head to head against Zach Randolph and the Memphis Grizzlies
2 years ago, these 2 teams pushed each other to the limit as they played 7 games with the Thunder coming out on top
They also took it to overtime in Game #3 and took it to a Triple Overtime in Game #4
and now, 2 years later, these 2 will do battle once again
Will these 2 teams push each other to the limit once again or will this be a changing of the guard?
and can the Thunder survive w/o Russell Westbrook or will the Grizzlies give them a taste of their own medicine?
That's the Question!
Find out Next Week as the 2013 NBA Playoffs Quarterfinals begins starting tomorrow

TVFactFan 05-05-2013, 12:26 PM I still had this feeling the Thunder will make the Finals without Westbrook.
isiahthomas 05-11-2013, 12:56 PM I hope Oklahoma wins this series because i like Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook. Sucks Russell is out for the rest of the playoffs. I don't like Memphis because their offense sucks. They don't have any good shooters. They should've kept Rudy Gay. Hopefully Oklahoma and the Spurs will meet in the next round because that will be a good series.

Well I know that are some people saying last year that Thunder was not gonna win the Championship with Westbrook on the team, but people are realizing that now b/c Thunder needs Westbrook and if they can't see that, then they need to get heads out of their rear ends, wake up and smell reality
But also, I do agree with Charles Barkley and Magic Johnson
Barkley said that Perkins is not a scorer and that Mark Gasol is showing out, but also, Magic Johnson said it best
"Ibaka needs to step-up b/c Durant can't do it on his own"

I feel asleep but I saw someone say that Durant missed a wide open shot
I have to wait to see it on Sportscenter

Yeah, Kevin can not win a game by himself
isiahthomas 05-16-2013, 06:33 AM James Harden's dumb ass should've stayed in Oklahoma. It pisses me off that so many black athletes are money hungry. James will never win a championship with Houston. His chances of winning a championship was with Oklahoma and he blew it because he wanna be the star. I'm disappointed Oklahoma lost because if Memphis plays the Spurs in the next round, it's gonna be boring LOL. I don't like Memphis because their offense stinks. I do like Zach Randolph. Kevin Martin didn't do nothing against Memphis and he's part of the reason Oklahoma lost.
