(The NY Islanders beat the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-3.)
(Ralph & Ed just watched the game at the Raccoon Lodge.)
Ralph: "What a game fellow Raccoons. The Islanders broke their skid and they showed that Syndey Crosby who's the boss."
Brother Cassidy: "That's true Ralph. The Islanders showed that they have grit."
Ed: "They have a winning attitude. Now, our goal of seeing a Rangers/Islanders Round 3 just got better."
Ralph: "And that Alice said that the Islanders were going to lose based on the bettling line in Las Vegas."
Ed: "I saw it Ralph. It said that the Islanders were the underdogs."
Brother Cassidy: "Now we got to hope that the Islanders continue their surge towards a Rangers/Islanders faceoff. Let's hoep that the Rangers follow suit."
Ralph: "Don't worry. They will. I predict that the Rangers will meet the Islanders in the third round. I am never wrong."
Ed: "You aren't?"
Ralph: "Don't start with me Norton. The rest of the NHL world will know that the Rangers and Islanders help rule the NHL along with the Devils. Those Canadian hockey teams will know it too. They think they know so much about hockey just because it's their national pasttime. They don't know jack."
(They all sing a song about New York area hockey teams.)
(Jackie Gleason walks on stage. Audience applauds.)
Jackie: "Thank you. GOOD NIGHT!"
(Audience cheers.)
