Lisa got her walking papers because she did a nude scene in 1987's Angel Heart. Nudity didn't fit the image of the show. But, she got to come back so I guess Bill got over it.

I dont think bill could ever get over her sex scene in that movie with that guy that looks like bruce willis poor guy lol

Lisa Bonet never really made much of an impression on me as a performer because of her rather sleepy acting style. I just don't think that she was strong enough of an actress to carry/anchor a show.

No those are rumors. I've researched everything and I've actually seen an interview with Lisa Bonet from 1987 in which she said that Bill Cosby was perfectly okay with her doing the movie. I've also seen a magazine article. And according to the magazine (because magazines aren't always true), Cosby himself he was okay with her doing the movie and he didn't even see the movie (at least in 1987).
