 I actually work at a bar that is just like the cheers crowd. We even have some of the actual patron names. Norm, Cliff, and Woody are all part of our regulars. It is the coolest thing...and everyone is friends...so it is just like the show.

Yeah it is in Kansas though. I have had friends go to the real cheers bar in Boston (?) and they said the only part that was like the TV show was the outside of the building, the inside was nothing like the bar on TV. That was disappointing to hear.

thats really cool, yeah i know i heard that bar looks nothing like it in the tv show bar,i still am hoping to go there one day as soon as i can and am old enough, which won,t be very long,so in about another year or so i will be able to go there and i,d also like to go that bar were you work,it will be the closest that i get to achully being in a place like cheers,i really wish that cheers achully exiested, but that will be just fine,i look forward to being a future patron there and taking my friends there and singing the song sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name and the words also are so true,LONG LIVE CHEERS AND ALL BARS LIKE IT THAT ARE AROUND,thankslol

I was actually at the newer Cheers bar, in Quincy Market today. It's cute... we never made it to Beacon St. (loooooooooong story), but the Bull and Finch Pub is right near one of my plausible schools next year, Emerson (the performing arts center). So... we didn't make it there today, but covered every other corner of Boston. I'd like to cry right now, my feet are killing me so.

Just thought I'd share. LOL :happyface
