Hard to define "best of all time" but it is certainly a good movie and one of my all time favorites, so much emotion

Yeah i woudent say best film but it is to the people on IMDB they got this movie higher then the godfather lol

Not everyone thinks highly of The Godfather, I've never been a fan of it.

Shawshank is a great movie, top 25 in my thinking.

But this list is absurd, (and based on member voting).

Casablanca isn't even in the top 20.
It's easily top 10, 5, or 1 in my book.

And Citizen Kane is currently at 45.
Another film considered to be one of the best of all time by film critics.

I won't even go into the unworthy films that are listed above these two films.

Shawshank is a great movie. But best of all time? I wouldn't go that far. but certainly in my top 25. Schindlers list is also way up there. But Titanic is my #1.

Schindlers list is a good movie i remember watching it in my 11th grade class years ago it felt realistic with the whole black and white setting and you felt sorry for the characters in the film.
