TJ Henderson from smart guy was only 10 years old but was really really smart but he never tried to invent anything on the show, Steve Urkel was smart but he was always using his brain he had a interest in inventing things he claims his IQ is 196 in the episode stevil , who was smarter TJ Henderson or Steve Urkel ?
