Last night, I saw a Taxi episode that I had never seen before. It was the one with Ted Danson as a snooty hair stylist. He was sooooo cute!!! ;) (fanning myself) It was such a funny episode. He did a disastorous job to Elaine's hair and refused to apologize and give her her money back. She went with Alex and Louie to talk to him. Louie ended up dumping red hair dye all over him. :lol: :happyface :talk: :rotflmao: <sigh> I wish they would make sitcoms like they used to. The ones on nowadays seem to rely too much on sex jokes, sexual innuendos, and "Will they or won't they?" plotlines. I'm no prude, but I just don't find stuff like that funny.

I saw it last night on Tv land i made sure i taped it lol, and they DEFINATLY dont make shows like they used to. your right.. everything revolves around sex, and jokes about it that sometimes arent even funny.. and im not a prude either but you cant just sit down and enjoy a tv show nemore without something bad.. im not saying everything should be like um full house or something lol, but say cheers.. they never were rude about things like that .. i dont know, times change i guess

I've always thought it would've been cool in the finale season of Cheers, Carla met the love of her life while on a vacation to NY. All season she would talk about how romantic and suave he was. Yet, we would never see him(much like Vera) The gang would start to doubt that this suave New York city slicker exisisted. Then, in the final episode, he would finally be revealed as none other than Louie Depalma!!!(Danny Devito) It could've happened, seeing that the same people who created Cheers also did Taxi!!!

that sounds really really cool great idea,yeah i always thought that would be cool to combine some of the cheers characters with the taxi characters,but rhea pearlman i think should still play carla,i think that was a way better role,or maybe it could somehow turn out that louie was her high school chum and that they hadn,t seem or almost remembered eachother in years and that sam had once worked for louie or something like that,it would be very cool to see those characters interact with eachother or maybe if they have a taxi reunion which they had for that film about andy koffmen it would be cool,and i really want to see that show where ted danson guests stars as the hairdresser it would be nice to see him act the oppisate of the all macho sam malone since it was just the oppisate of sam,i am looking forward to seeing sometime
