I believe it's been stated on this board the reason "One Day..." doesn't air on Antenna TV is because Norman Lear's studio (which has sold rights to Antenna) doesn't own the national rights to this series. So who does own the rights to "One Day"? And how did Lear lose the rights?

Sony distributes the series both nationally and internationally. The series is airing on Canada Gold. The series had been airing on MeToo which is a local Chicago station but was pulled from the lineup late in 2012. At this time, a network like Antenna TV or Me TV or any cable network would need to make a deal with Sony to air the series.
Antenna TV and Me TV have both made deals with Sony to air their programs. Me TV airs Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie which is Sony distributed. Antenna TV airs, Diff'rent Strokes, Good Times, All in the Family, Maude, Hazel, Gidget and The Flying Nun which is all Sony distributed.
